Conversion of drawings/documents involves scanning, indexing, archiving and document management for very fast search & retrieval. WE offer the whole thing as a comprehensive solution.
Apart from the above there are various processes of scanning. The basic concept is to minimize data loss during scanning. Following is a brief of how we go about this process to guarantee 0% data loss, which can be checked with a few samples given to us. Further this can be also given to the scanner manufacturer/s to compare the result. You will yourself be able to judge the difference and come to a conclusion.
If you have any other queries or if you feel a one to one meeting would be a catalyst to the decision making process - please let us know accordingly. We would be glad to clear any of your doubts.

The Scanning Process – The main Difference in quality
The scanning process is direct CCD based scanning. There is no use of mirror / sensor array technology. This eliminates data loss due to LED / sensor failure.
In 8 Bit-Scanning all the 256 levels of grayscale are captured during scanning. After the scanning specially designed post editing routines helps us to analyze & extract the foreground from the background. After this extraction is done & the background is eliminated. & a black layer is added to the foreground which is the most important part of the drawing/document i.e. the data. Thus even faint lines/text/objects are now more prominent & clearly visible.
